Our packages use a "use-it-or-lose-it" monthly structure, meaning unused hours expire on the last day of the month and don't roll over. This keeps our schedule predictable so we can always guarantee fast turnaround times for your active tasks.
We track our design time down to the second using professional software called Clockify. Every Friday, we’ll send you a quick update showing exactly how much time was used during the week and your remaining balance for the month.
We will notify you as soon as you hit your limit. From there, you can choose to pause your design requests until your next monthly cycle resets, or buy a quick top-up block of hours to keep things moving.
We operate strictly as a back-end execution partner. To save time and keep our rates affordable, we don't handle account management or client communication. All briefs and feedback come directly from you to us via your Trello Hub.
